Brief Job Profiles:

We are looking for a zealous individual with strong financial sense and negotiation skills to develop the liability end of our business by cultivating and fostering relationships with various public & Private sector banks, lenders, financial institutions, preparation of various MIS reports, coordination with various internal departments for data / information, various post disbursement compliances and audit and reporting requirement. The recruit will manage and be part of the team of raising funds through term loans, working capital loans and direct assignment etc from various banks, primarily public & private sector banks, CPs, Debentures - NCDs, Sub Debts, Perpetual, ICDs etc) by way of private placements and Public issuances.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the identification of, and approaches various Public Sector Banks; including identification of new funding opportunities.

- Build on relationships with existing PSUs, preparing reports to meet deadlines and submitting further applications for funding

- Investments in G-Secs, T-Bills and other identified securities for maintaining Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR)

- Raising funds for the Company through various avenues at competitive rates

- Assessing the liquidity conditions of the Company & daily cash flow management

- Create, monitor and manage all documentation and presentation materials required for fund raising

- Prepare financial models for fund raising opportunities

- Understand due diligence requests from prospective banks and gather necessary information and prepare a comprehensive response

- Produce detailed annual action plans on specific areas of responsibility outlined above, identifying areas for growth and development and outlining measurable objectives

- Contribute new ideas for fund raising and identify suitable funding initiatives, calls for proposals with both existing and new Public sector entities

- Successfully develops and maintains tracking tools and presentation templates

- Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation are created with the highest level of accuracy

- Market updates

- Tracking primary market and secondary market deals of Certificate of Deposits, Commercial Papers and Bonds

- Tracking the movement in yields across products in debt markets

- Tracking the events in the market to assess the impact on the borrowings of the Company

- Liaising with Registrar, Depositories and Trustees
