Treasury Leader - APAC & Europe

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Treasury professional to lead treasury operations across the APAC and Europe regions. The role will focus on cash management, banking operations, liquidity planning, foreign exchange, compliance, and treasury process improvements while working closely with global finance teams.

This is a CONTRACTUAL ROLE for a year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily treasury operations for APAC and Europe.

- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and cash forecasts.

- Reconcile bank accounts and manage banking relationships.

- Coordinate domestic and international payments.

- Support foreign exchange (FX) and money market transactions.

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, FEMA, and internal treasury policies.

- Drive working capital improvement initiatives.

- Support month-end close, audits, and insurance renewals.

- Identify and implement treasury process improvements.

- Partner with internal stakeholders and external banks to ensure smooth treasury operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- CA with 1012 years of treasury experience.

- Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, and FX.

- Experience in treasury within a multinational manufacturing or industrial organization.

- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

- Familiarity with FEMA and banking regulations.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with global teams across multiple geographies.

Preferred Background:

- Candidates from manufacturing, industrial, chemicals, building materials, automotive, engineering, or other multinational organizations with regional treasury responsibilities will be preferred.
