Treasury Lead - BFS

We're Hiring: Treasury Lead - Interim / Time-bound Consultant (Maternity Cover)

Location: Gurgaon

Duration: 6-12 Months

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Lead-level consultant to join on a time-bound assignment to provide maternity cover and ensure seamless continuity of treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and daily cash positioning

2. Ensure availability of funds for operational and capital requirements

3. Support short- and long-term liquidity planning

4. Manage banking relationships and borrowing requirements

5. Monitor compliance with loan agreements and support regulatory reporting

6. Handle FX and interest rate exposure management, including hedging activities

7. Review treasury policies, controls, and operational procedures

8. Partner with FP&A and business teams to optimize working capital

9. Oversee electronic cash receipts/disbursement processes and billing accuracy

10.Provide interim leadership and operational continuity during the coverage period

Candidate Profile:

- MBA or equivalent advanced qualification in Finance

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Treasury Lead in a mid-sized organization

- Strong hands-on treasury operations experience (not advisory-only)

- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
