Treasury Back Office Manager - NBFC

Job Overview:

This position undertakes treasury back-office activities with a focus on automation, debt servicing, covenant submission, Forex Related Activities and liaising with auditors for completion of Audit. This opportunity is for a leading diversified Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with RBI, with presence across retail lending, wholesale lending, and fund-based platforms.

Qualification: Commerce Graduate

Experience:

- 3-6 years of experience in the finance domain and excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.

- Ensure timely debt servicing, tracking the company's debt portfolio, TDS processing, interest payments and principal repayments.

- Daily Tracking of Forward contracts, keeping track of utilization contracts, ED Charges debited by bank, and preparation of Forex related MIS for meetings. Keeping track of underline exposures. (Contracted Exposure).

- Processing of Forwards contracts received from Bank, Updating of Monthly MTM position of forwards contracts with Bank.

- Ensuring all the compliances/ covenant submission with respect to Borrowing and Forex are completed within timeline.

- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory guidelines. Timely submission of regulatory compliances related to debt instruments.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors in preparing necessary documentation during audits related to treasury operations.

- Monitor changes in regulations affecting treasury operations and adjust processes accordingly.

- Identify opportunities for automating treasury processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Collaborate with IT team to implement automation tools and systems and ensure smooth operations.
