Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive quantitative (BHT, campaign recall, ad testing) and qualitative user studies (user interviews, FGDs) for all business requirements. 2. Partner with multiple research agencies basis their specialisation to deliver usable insights. 3. Lead any internal customer calling exercises along with collating insights from community, chatbot and other in-house platforms. 4. Responsible for collating requirements from all functions on a monthly basis and also distribution of the insights to drive actionables across the organisation Eligibility Criteria : 1. 3-5 years experience in owning consumer insights for an ecommerce/D2C/FMCG brand; not from agency background 2. Great sense of survey design 3. Has handled multiple agencies for quantitative and qualitative research 4. Has driven execution of actionables from the insights and not just published reports
