Key Responsibilities:

1) Brand Strategy & Vision

- Develop and execute KIBO's premium brand strategy, identity, and rollout across all channels.

- Ensure consistency of brand tone, identity, and visuals across all touchpoints.

2) Consumer Insights & Experience

- Be the custodian of premium customer insights; understand motivations, concerns, and aspirations of the target audience.

- Translate insights into campaigns, content, and services tailored to high-value customers.

- Map the premium customer journey, from discovery to post-procedure experience, to ensure a seamless brand experience.

3) Organic Growth & Activations

- Drive organic growth strategies through content, PR, partnerships, and thought-leadership initiatives.

- Conceptualize and execute on-ground activations, influencer programs, and community-building activities targeting premium customers.

- Build and manage relationships with premium lifestyle platforms, publications, and partners.

4) Brand Health & Measurement

- Define and track brand health metrics including awareness, equity, and NPS among premium customers.

- Develop and execute a brand toolkit to enable consistency across all communications.

5) Creative & Agency Management

- Work with creative and media partners to develop impactful marketing campaigns with a premium aesthetic.

- Oversee photoshoots, digital content, offline materials, and events to reflect brand positioning.

Required Experience & Skills:

- MBA/PG in Marketing from a Tier-1 or reputed institute with 3+ years' experience in premium brand marketing (FMCG, beauty, wellness, health-tech, luxury healthcare space).

- Proven track record in building brand strategy, positioning, and identity for premium or aspirational brands.

- Experience with organic growth strategies - PR, influencer marketing, and activations.

- Strong understanding of high-net-worth customer segments and premium service design.

- Excellent creative and agency management skills to deliver memorable campaigns.

- Ability to work closely with leadership and medical teams to translate clinical expertise into a premium brand experience.
