Roles & Responsibilities: - Suggest product enhancements improve user experience - Perform quality assurance controls on the Traya App - Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions - Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps - Liaise with the Marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products - Monitor and report on users' reactions after launching - Create support and training documents for internal and external users - Manage CMS tools and other app configurations. - Manage the app ratings and customer reviews Requirements and skills: - A Degree in an engineering, business, marketing, computer science, or related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role - Experience with data analysis and metrics - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work with cross-functional teams like marketing, content, design, and technology - Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
