What You'll Do:
- P&L Ownership & Strategy: Take full accountability for the P&L of your assigned business function/unit, defining and executing the overall business strategy to achieve ambitious volume and revenue targets.
- Business Growth: Drive significant business growth through strategic initiatives, market expansion, and optimizing existing operations.
- Operational Excellence: Lead critical projects, create stellar marketing operations, and craft and execute impactful sales strategies.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor an A+ team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partnerships & Negotiations: Drive key vendor relationships for TravClan, identifying strategic partners, and negotiating favorable terms of trade and deals for our partner agents.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest business developments, market trends, and conduct thorough competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Performance Management: Define clear metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, set challenging goals, and measure the success of your reporting teams.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Collaborate closely with the Analytics team to leverage data, monitor market conditions, and drive informed business growth strategies.
What We're Looking For:
You Must Have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fast-paced startups.
- Prior experience in leading sales teams.
- Proven experience in P&L ownership and business strategy development.
- A deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes.
- The readiness and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Is not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week).
Important Points:
Work Timings: 9:30 AM till work gets over.
Building anything of value in a startup takes significant time and dedication.
Work Environment: The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months because new joiners are not able to adjust to our high-pace environment.
You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day.
