The Opportunity

Our AI strategy is set at the global level. We need a leader in India who can turn it into real, sustained usage across business and technology teams. You will own the path from pilot to production, make sure people actually use what we build, and show the value in numbers. This is a hands-on delivery role. You will shape the global agenda for local needs, but your main job is to get results.

What You Will Own

- From pilot to production: Take AI initiatives through to scaled, everyday use, and design new ways to grow adoption.

- Behavior change: Run enablement, training, incentives, communications, and feedback loops so adoption sticks.

- Global partnership: Be the local counterpart to the central strategy team. Sequence and tailor initiatives so they land well.

- Technical partnership: Work closely with engineering, data, and ML teams. Understand architecture and model tradeoffs well enough to challenge, prioritize, and clear blockers.

- Responsible AI from day one: Build data protection, model risk, regulatory, and governance requirements into every initiative, working with control partners from the start.

- Impact reporting: Define success metrics, track adoption and realized value, and report clearly to senior leaders in India and globally.

What You Bring

- Experience: 15+ years leading technology, data, or AI transformation, including hands-on GenAI work.

- Adoption track record: Evidence that you moved an organization from intent to changed behavior, with figures to show it.

- Build, buy, or partner judgment: Good commercial sense on cost, speed, and control.

- Technical fluency: You understand GenAI and modern data/ML systems well enough to earn engineers' respect. You don't need to be a builder.

- Financial services credibility: Background in or close to capital markets, hedge funds, asset management, or banking, enough to earn the trust of demanding stakeholders.

- Governance familiarity: Working knowledge of risk, regulatory, and data-governance constraints on AI in financial services.

- Working style: Pragmatic and focused on outcomes. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can influence without formal authority in a global, matrixed organization where the agenda is set centrally.
