Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end lateral and campus hiring for core technology roles. The role demands strong stakeholder partnership, deep understanding of tech hiring, and the ability to drive quality hiring outcomes at scalewithout a mass or bulk recruitment approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end (E2E) recruitment lifecycle for lateral and campus hiring across core technology roles (Software Engineering, Product Engineering, Data, Platform, etc.)
- Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to understand workforce plans and translate them into effective hiring strategies
- Drive campus hiring programs including institute engagement, hiring strategy, selection process design, and offer management
- Execute lateral tech hiring using a mix of sourcing channels (direct sourcing, referrals, targeted platforms)
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience and adherence to recruitment SLAs and compliance norms
- Use data and hiring metrics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring effectiveness
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent availability, market trends, and hiring feasibility
Experience & Eligibility:
Mandatory Requirements (Must-haves):
- MBA from Tier-1 institute only
- 4-8 years of overall experience, with minimum 2 years in technical lateral and/or campus recruitment
- Most recent role must be in tech lateral/campus hiring
- Proven experience in hiring for core technology roles
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Good-to-Have:
- People management experience (preferred for candidates with 67+ years of experience)
- Exposure to building or scaling campus hiring programs
