
Role Summary:
The Associate Director - Talent Acquisition will lead and scale end-to-end hiring across Tech and Non-Tech functions. This role requires a strategic recruitment leader with strong stakeholder management, people leadership capabilities, and deep market intelligence expertise to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Define and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead high-volume and niche hiring across Tech and Non-Tech roles.
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner closely with senior leadership, business heads, and HR partners to understand workforce plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor on hiring trends, talent availability, and market insights.
- Manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of hiring commitments.
Team Leadership & People Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of full-time recruiters (FTEs).
- Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and build a high-performance recruitment culture.
- Drive capability building within the TA team through coaching and best practices.
Sourcing, Market Intelligence & Analytics:
- Oversee advanced sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, referrals, and external partnerships.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to benchmark talent, compensation, and hiring practices.
- Leverage recruitment metrics and dashboards to drive data-backed decisions.
Process Excellence & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and hiring SLAs.
- Continuously improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
- Collaborate with HR operations and employer branding teams to strengthen talent attraction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- 12-20 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with majority exposure to Tech and Non-Tech hiring.
- 4-5+ years of proven people management experience, leading teams of recruiters.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning.
- Experience in market intelligence, competitor analysis, and talent mapping.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
