- We are looking for experienced Product Managers (not Project Managers) to join the Compliance team within the FinOps group. The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-functional expertise in compliance and capital markets domains, with hands-on experience managing products end-to-end within Asset Management or Investment Management firms.

- The role requires close collaboration with engineering, business, operations, and front/middle/back-office teams to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and production rollout for compliance or post-trade platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage products end-to-end from concept to production rollout.

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Gather and translate business requirements into functional product specifications.

- Work closely with engineering, UX/design, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders.

- Drive product design discussions, feature prioritization, UAT, and go-live activities.

- Collaborate with front-office, middle-office, and back-office teams to improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

- Manage stakeholder communication across technology and business functions.

- Ensure products comply with industry regulations and operational controls.

-Support enhancements related to compliance monitoring, surveillance, trade lifecycle management, and post-trade workflows.

- Work with trading systems, market data platforms, and financial instruments across capital markets.

Required Experience :

- Strong techno-functional experience in Compliance/Product Management domain.

- Experience managing:, Compliance products, Post-trade platforms, Capital markets platforms, Financial instruments workflows

- Proven experience handling: Product design, Product roadmap planning, Stakeholder management, Production rollout / go-live

- Experience collaborating with engineering, business, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Technical & Domain Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of: Financial markets, Trading lifecycle, Financial securities and instruments, Front-office and back-office systems, Market data platforms, Industry regulations and compliance frameworks

- Experience working with trading platforms and post-trade systems.

- Knowledge of capital markets products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and other financial instruments.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Agile/Scrum product environments.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced investment management environments.

- Exposure to regulatory reporting, trade surveillance, AML/KYC, or risk/compliance platforms is preferred.
