
About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced leader to drive the Human Capital Infrastructure & Systems function.
- This role will focus on building and scaling in-house HR technology platforms, leading engineering teams, and delivering robust, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and scaling of in-house HR systems and applications
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle (concept, design, development, deployment, and enhancement)
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and product professionals
- Collaborate with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to define system requirements
- Own project management, product roadmap, and delivery timelines
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational growth
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in HR tech infrastructure
- Build best practices around architecture, development, and deployment
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 12-20 years of experience in application development / HR systems / technology platforms
- Strong experience in building applications from scratch (0 to 1) - not just implementation
- Hands-on exposure to development + product + project management
- Proven experience in people management and team leadership
- Background in HR Tech is preferred, but candidates with general application development experience are also welcome
- Must have worked in environments with in-house development teams
