Role Overview:

- As the Growth Lead at TranZact AI, you will be instrumental in driving our customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic performance marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on PPC and digital advertising.

- This role involves close collaboration with the sales, product, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, refine targeting strategies, and ensure a seamless customer journey. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our user base and establishing TranZact AI as the leading supply chain management solution for manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue generation.

- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads to maximise ROI and achieve target CPA.

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and refine targeting strategies.

- Analyse campaign performance data, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimisations to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead generation and qualification processes.

- Work closely with the product team to provide feedback on user experience and identify opportunities for product-led growth.

- Manage the growth marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising impact.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, PPC, and growth hacking.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth marketing strategies, resulting in measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Proven expertise in managing and optimising PPC campaigns across various platforms, with a strong understanding of bidding strategies, keyword research, and ad copywriting.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimisation techniques.

- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
