This is a full-time, Engineering role based in Mumbai.

The professional will be responsible for design and engineering of Soalr PV and BESS projects from inception through execution.

Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, load studies, preliminary plant design and configuration, detailed design and commissioning support.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct technical feasibility studies for installing Solar and BESS projects at new sites.

- Lead site selection based on techno-commercial analysis including cost and generation.

- Assess the feasibility of connectivity based on load studies.

- Size the project; Solar and BESS to optimize the LCOE.

- Prepare DPR for the project covering both the execution and securing financing from the lenders.

- Prepare SLDs for Feed level designs Engage consultants for detailed design on need basis.

- Support in techno-commercial evaluation of technologies and vendors and contractors for execution Support execution team with technical challenges during the course of execution.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality parameters, and statutory regulations.

- Track construction progress against schedule and report to senior managements highlighting the risks Maintain technical documentation, drawings, and compliance certificates.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in developing Solar.

- Hands on experience in BESS project would be an added advantage.

- Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale renewable energy projects on time and within budget.

- Proficiency in energy yield assessment tools and regulatory requirements for development of C&I projects.
