Prepare a Transportation plan to meet the requirements of business and ensures a high service level for the same.  2. Regular follow up on time placement of vehicle, on time delivery of vehicle, PODs and Invoice.  3. Ensure application of Worldwide guidelines within the company in the area of transportation.  4. Review transportation arrangements to provide consistent performance by the forwarders and clearing agents.  5. Acts as the main contact for forwarders to validate that Transport plan solutions are in line with the local needs & requirements.  6. Review KPI's and workout corrective actions.  7. Coordinate operational activities with different departments like Manufacturing, Supply chain.  8. Source and Evaluate service providers for local operations.  9.
