Transport Manager - Beverage

We are hiring an experienced Regional Logistics professional to manage end-to-end C&F operations, warehouse management, and secondary transportation for a high-volume FMCG beverage business.

The role demands strong leadership, cost control expertise, and hands-on experience in managing large-scale seasonal logistics operations.

Location - West Region - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Carrying & Forwarding (C&F) operations including warehouse management and dispatch planning

- Oversee secondary transportation to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels across the region

- Drive inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and loss prevention across depots

- Lead large teams including contractual staff, transporters, and vendors

- Control logistics budgets, optimize costs, and ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness

Requirements:

- Mandatory experience in FMCG beverage logistics operations

- Current designation as Manager or Assistant Manager

- Strong exposure to secondary transportation and C&F management

- Experience in handling high-volume, seasonal distribution operations

- Excellent people management, compliance, and vendor management skills
