Transition Project Manager - Banking/Financial Services

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Transition Project Manager (9 - 12 years) to join our Global Capability Center (GCC).

In this role, you will lead end - to - end migrations of business functions, ensure operational readiness, manage cross - regional stakeholders, and execute robust transition governance frameworks without business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transition Governance:

- Drive end - to - end lifecycle migration from initial scoping and KT to reverse shadowing, go - live, and hypercare.

2. Operating Model Development:

- Design and validate Target Operating Models (TOM), process maps, and SLA baselines.

3. Stakeholder Management:

- Build alignment across onshore business heads, local leadership, and delivery teams.

4. Risk & Change Management:

- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change impact across matrixed global teams.

Candidate Profile:

1. Experience:

- 9 - 12 years in project and transition management within GCCs, shared services, or consulting firms.

2. Core Skills:

- Knowledge Transfer governance, tollgate sign - offs, risk management, cross - regional communication.

3. Certifications (Preferred):

- PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile certifications.
