Transition Manager/Senior Transition Manager - BPM

We are looking for seasoned Transition Leaders to drive large-scale transition programs in a high-impact BPM environment. This is a client-facing, execution-heavy role with strong ownership across end-to-end transition lifecycle.

Role Overview

You will lead end-to-end transition programs, ensuring delivery within timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks while maintaining high CSAT and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own E2E Transition Delivery - from solutioning to execution

- Drive transition planning, governance, and stakeholder management

- Work closely with cross-functional teams during RFP & solutioning phase

- Manage transition budgets, risks, and compliance frameworks

- Build knowledge transfer frameworks & documentation repositories

- Lead virtual/global teams and ensure seamless execution

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across transition lifecycle

- Ensure timely reporting, governance cadence, and issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

- 8-12+ years of experience in Transition / Project Management within BPM/BPO

- Strong exposure to end-to-end transition lifecycle (solutioning to steady state)

- Experience managing multiple stakeholders & global clients

- MBA / Postgraduate preferred

- Ability to handle transition budgets, risk frameworks, and governance

- Strong communication, influencing, and execution skills
