Skills Description:
- Accountable for the successful delivery of large projects or multiple project delivery
- Responsible for Project Planning, Scoping and Design
- Design and Prepare Transition Plan for movement of work from client location to Location / Client Nearshore locations
- Planning and managing the capacity and resources required to manage service transitions
- Implementing a rigorous framework for evaluating service capabilities and risk profiles before new or changed services are deployed
- Ensuring that services can be managed, operated and supported in accordance with constraints specified during the service design stage of the service lifecycle.
- Transferring services to and from other service providers
Skills Requirements :
- Previous Experience in a Service Transition role is a must
- Having Handled Large and complex transitions
- Excellent spoken / Verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team
- Attention to detail
- Strong Analytical skills
- Creative problem solving skills and reporting skills.
- Concern for accuracy and improvement orientation.
- Detail consciousness, process knowledge / Technical expertise.
- Interpersonal and networking skills
