Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end transition planning and execution for new and existing banking clients (Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Wealth, etc.).
- Engage with senior stakeholders (internal & client-facing) to define the transition scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Define and document transition methodology, governance structure, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams - Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Compliance - to ensure -seamless transitions.
- Conduct due diligence to understand existing processes, systems, SLAs, and risk exposure.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data security, and service delivery commitments during the transition.
- Track and report key metrics (KPIs) related to transition progress, risk, and issue resolution.
- Manage knowledge transfer, training plans, and shadowing activities to ensure operational readiness.
- Continuously identify opportunities for standardization, process optimization, and cost efficiencies during the transition.
Qualification
- 10 - 15 Years of experience in Process Transition for any Investment Banking domain.
- Hands on FTE Transition, KT, transition scope & timeline.
