About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Transitions professional to lead end-to-end transition engagements across our global footprint. The role involves managing process migrations, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer, driving solution design, and enabling successful implementation for new and existing client engagements. The incumbent will also support new business pursuits and strengthen the overall transitions capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transition of processes with complete ownership and accountability
- Manage process migration from client location to delivery centers
- Conduct due diligence and feasibility assessments
- Develop detailed transition plans including timelines and risk mitigation
- Drive knowledge transfer and ensure smooth go-live
- Engage with client stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams
- Support solutioning and implementation design during RFPs
- Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization
- Drive program governance and stakeholder communication
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of BPO operating models and enabling technologies
- Domain expertise in Insurance (P&C; or Life & Annuity preferred)
- Strong project/program management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven and solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
- PMP / PgMP certification (preferred)
Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience, primarily within a BPO environment
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Transitions
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end process migrations
- Program management experience for small to mid-sized engagements
- Insurance domain experience preferred
- Valid US/UK visa will be an added advantage
