We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Consultant to join our team, working closely with our Strategy Consultants to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.

Management Consultant

Role Summary:

As a Management Consultant, you will operate as a key driver of strategic transformation using the Build-Operate-Transfer-Monitor (BOTM) framework. This role combines strategy development, operational execution, capability building, and monitoring, ensuring measurable success for SME/MSME clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Design (Build):

- Design tailored strategies for growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.

- Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify critical challenges and growth opportunities.

- Build standard operating procedures (SOPs) for functional alignment and efficiency.

2. Operational Execution (Operate):

- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of strategic plans.

- Coordinate with cross-functional client teams for smooth operational execution.

- Ensure alignment between day-to-day operations and strategic goals.

3. Capability Transfer (Transfer):

- Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops with client teams.

- Enable client teams to independently manage transferred operations.

- Build sustainable systems and processes for long-term adoption.

4. Performance Monitoring (Monitor):

- Develop KPI dashboards and performance tracking systems.

- Conduct periodic performance reviews with client leadership.

- Provide timely interventions and corrective actions as required.

5. Client Engagement:

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, ensuring strategic alignment.

- Facilitate progress reviews, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making workshops.

6. Team Leadership:

- Mentor and guide Associate Consultants to ensure quality execution.

- Provide performance feedback and professional development support.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong strategic problem-solving capabilities

- Effective stakeholder management and leadership

- Adaptability to dynamic project environments

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering / B. Tech or any 4 year professional program/ certification like CA/ CS/ CFA/ CMA Preferred

- MBA or master's degree in business, Finance, or related disciplines.

Experience:

- Total Experience: Minimum 04-06 years.

- 02-03 years of experience in consulting or strategic roles.

- SME/MSME experience is preferred.

- Strategy Consultant / Senior Leadership

- Associate Consultants
