What You'll Do:

1. Support strategy implementation and transformation projects.

2. Conduct data analysis and prepare insights for decision-making.

3. Collaborate with clients to address operational challenges.

4. Assist in developing tools and frameworks to enhance organizational efficiency

What We're Looking For:

1. 2-6 years of experience in consulting or business analysis.

2. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

3. A passion for solving complex problems and delivering value to clients.

4. Cross-functional exposure

5. Ability to join immediately or within a maximum 15-day notice period.

6. Strong strategic thinking capabilities.

7. Advanced analytical skills.

8. Proven experience in stakeholder management.

9. Experience reporting directly to CXOs, Directors, and Founders.

10. Familiarity with cross-functional and cross-domain collaboration along with strong communication and conversational skills.

11. Recognition through awards or high-performance achievements.

12. Ability to influence effectively through conversations.

Experience:

1. Total Experience: upto 6 years only.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting or strategic roles.

Educational Qualifications:

1. B.Tech with Proven experience in strategy management / Certification like CA/ CS/ CFA/ CMA Preferred.

2. Master's degree in business Administration (MBA).
