- We are hiring a Sales Head for our Bangalore office, a dynamic, entrepreneurial, go-getter who can own the revenue function.

- You will drive new business, close high-impact deals, build a strong sales engine, and lead us into new markets.

What You Will Own

- New Business Development & Revenue Growth.

- Acquire, nurture, and convert leads into sustainable revenue.

- Build and manage a strong pipeline across India and global markets.

- Own and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Sales Leadership & Strategy.

- Build and mentor a high-performance sales team.

- Establish strong sales processes, frameworks, and closing motions.

- Work directly with the leadership team on GTM, market expansion, and new offerings.

- Solution Selling - CRM, HubSpot, RevOps & Automation.

- Lead consultative discussions with CXOs, CMOs, CROs, and Founders.

- Position TransFunnel's solutions to solve client pain points effectively.

- Demonstrate strong expertise in selling CRM, SaaS, or IT transformation services.

- Partnerships & Market Penetration.

- Open new geographies, verticals, and enterprise accounts.

- Build relationships with tech ecosystem partners and SaaS players.

- Forecasting, Reporting & CRM Hygiene.

- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through HubSpot CRM.

- Present revenue insights and growth plans to the CEO/Director.

- Someone who loves building teams and crushing targets.

Required Experience:

- 7-12 years of sales, business development, or revenue leadership experience.

- Experience in IT Services or IT SaaS Product industry is mandatory.

- Proven success in closing large B2B/SaaS/technology services deals.

- Minimum 3+ years in a sales leadership or managerial role.

- Experience selling CRM, HubSpot, marketing automation, cloud, or digital transformation solutions is a strong advantage.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
