Now, were looking for a driven Retention Marketing Analyst to join our mission to enhance the way we connect with our customers and scale our campaigns.

About the Role

As a Retention Marketing Analyst, youll be at the heart of our Consumer Experience & Retention efforts. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, creative, and branding teams to analyze key data across multiple marketing channelsemail, SMS, mobile app, push notifications, and more. Your insights will directly influence how we optimize our strategies, customer journeys, and digital assets.

What Youll Do

- Dive deep into data and uncover optimization opportunities across all customer touchpoints


- Analyze campaign performance (email, SMS, push notifications, mobile app, etc.)

- Work alongside creative teams to develop and refine campaigns based on your insights

- A/B test and optimize online conversion funnels and retention strategies

- Help shape effective consumer journeys and personalized experiences

- Create models and dashboards to measure and predict campaign success

- Evaluate current strategies and offer innovative alternatives for better ROI

- Collaborate across departments - copywriting, UI/UX, graphic design to bring data-backed ideas to life

- Take ownership of projects and drive them from idea to execution

Bonus if you have:

- Experience working in e-commerce or DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands

- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar

- Previous experience with marketing performance analysis and CRO
