Description:

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Media Buying Specialist to lead campaign execution and optimization across Amazon, Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns, driving efficiency through data insights, and maximizing ROI across multiple performance channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging digital networks.

- Manage budget allocation, pacing, performance tracking, and deliver strong returns on ad spend (ROAS) while meeting campaign objectives.

- Leverage data analytics to optimize key performance indicators including Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).

- Make strategic, data-driven decisions on bid strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing, and landing page optimization.

- Collaborate with Brand, Content, and Tech teams (both in-house and external agencies) to ensure creative assets and messaging align with campaign goals and brand tone.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in performance marketing; proactively identify and test new growth opportunities.

- Evaluate new advertising platforms and partnerships to expand reach, enhance revenue potential, and maintain profitability.

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to better understand audience behavior and refine campaign strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields from a reputed institution.


Experience:

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles.

Technical Proficiency:

- Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, and other major ad platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, Data Studio, or Power BI.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking:

- Ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and translate them into high-performing strategies.

Communication:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.

Mindset:

- Proactive, result-oriented, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- A creative problem-solver who can think strategically and execute with precision
