Transformative - Manager - Paid Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, Microsoft Bing, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, looking to take their skills to the next level.

Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Oversee budget management, campaign performance reviews, and optimizations to drive results.

- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize insights from data to optimize campaigns, improving metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).

- Continuous Improvement: Make informed decisions on bidding strategies, targeting, creative variations, and landing page optimizations to ensure maximum performance.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with in-house Brand teams, Agencies, Content Management, and Tech teams to create cost-effective marketing collateral and strategies.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in performance marketing and share valuable insights with the team to contribute to company success.

- Explore New Advertising Opportunities: Identify and evaluate new advertising platforms and strategies to increase revenue while maintaining profitability.

- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer preferences, competitor strategies, and market dynamics, refining marketing strategies based on findings.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Graduation and Post-Graduation from top-tier colleges with excellent academic records. Degrees in Maths, Economics, Analytics, or Statistics preferred.

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns across digital advertising platforms. Internships in digital marketing are a plus but not mandatory.

- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. A go-getter attitude, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions that enhance campaign performance.

- Creative & Problem-Solving: Proactive, collaborative, organized, and curious with a creative mindset. Ability to think outside the box and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
