Role Summary
Transformative Ventures is seeking a Head of Analytics for the ecommerce business to drive data-led decision making across customer growth, marketing performance, revenue analytics, and operational efficiency in the region.
This leader will act as the analytics partner to the Geography Head, owning regional KPIs, forecasting, customer insights, and performance measurement to accelerate market expansion and profitability.
The role requires a strong combination of business understanding, analytics depth, and stakeholder leadership in a fast-scaling e-commerce and consumer wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Business & Growth Analytics
- Own analytics strategy for the P&L, supporting revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Deliver insights on key regional growth levers: acquisition, retention, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value.
- Partner closely with the Geography leadership team on annual plans, targets, and market-level forecasting.
2. Customer & Market Insights
- Build deep understanding of regional consumer behavior, purchase patterns, and cohort trends.
- Develop segmentation models and insights tailored to the market.
- Track competitive benchmarks and market-specific performance drivers.
3. Performance Marketing & ROI Measurement
- Lead analytics for digital marketing spend across channels (Meta, Google, Affiliate, Email, Influencers).
- Improve attribution, CAC optimization, and ROI measurement for the region.
- Support experimentation (A/B testing) to enhance funnel conversion and retention.
4. Regional Reporting & Decision Dashboards
- Define and maintain core KPIs for the geography:
o Revenue, CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate
o Retention & Repeat
o Inventory & Demand Forecasting
o Campaign Performance
- Build dashboards and reporting cadences for weekly and monthly business reviews.
5. Forecasting & Operational Analytics
- Partner with supply chain and operations teams to ensure:
o Demand forecasting accuracy
o Inventory health
o Fulfillment performance
- Provide analytics support for regional pricing, promotions, and assortment planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8-12+ years in analytics roles within e-commerce, retail, D2C, or consumer brands.
- Experience supporting a specific market/geography business unit (US/EU/APAC).
Strong expertise in:
o Growth & marketing analytics
o Customer insights
o Forecasting and business planning
- Hands-on knowledge of tools such as SQL, Python/R, Looker/Tableau/Power BI.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to senior business leaders.
- Premium Schools (Graduation & Post Graduation) IIMs, IITs, ISB, XLRI, MDI
