Transformative - Finance Controller - CA

Job Title: Finance Manager/Controller

Location: Gurgaon, India

Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

- Manage end-to-end financial accounting, including month-end and year-end close processes

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and manage auditors

- Ensure accurate and timely MIS reporting for leadership review

Multi-Country Operations

- Oversee financial operations across multiple geographies

- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations

- Coordinate with regional finance teams and external consultants/auditors

Controls & Compliance

- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and governance frameworks

- Ensure compliance with statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory requirements

SAP & Systems

- Implement and leverage SAP for financial reporting, process automation, and data accuracy

- Drive system improvements, process efficiencies by adhering and creating SOPs

Business Partnering

- Partner with business teams to support strategic initiatives and commercial decisions

- Provide financial insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency

Team Management

- Lead and mentor finance team members

- Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

- Qualified CA with 8+ years of relevant experience

- Strong experience in SAP (mandatory)

- Proven exposure to multi-country / global finance operations

- Prior experience in E-commerce and/or FMCG industry (preferred)

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

- Excellent analytical with Excel knowledge, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
