We have over 300 member team across the globe.

We are hiring for Finance Controller role.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, and inventory

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close

- Prepare and review MIS, financial statements, and management reports

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP as applicable

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and other local/international regulations

- Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants

- Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance frameworks

E-commerce & International Operations

- Manage accounting and reporting for international entities and cross-border transactions

- Handle multi-currency accounting, FX exposure, and reconciliations

- Oversee revenue recognition, chargebacks, refunds, marketplace settlements, and payment gateways

- Support compliance related to international taxation, VAT/ GST in overseas jurisdictions (preferred)

Budgeting & Forecasting

- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis

- Partner with business teams to track performance against budgets

- Provide actionable financial insights to support growth and profitability

Team & Stakeholder Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team

- Act as a key finance partner to business, operations, and leadership teams

- Support strategic initiatives such as expansion, system implementation, and process automation

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong expertise in financial control, accounting, and compliance

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite / SAP / Oracle / similar preferred)

- Deep understanding of e-commerce business models and metrics

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in an international e-commerce / digital / technology company is preferred

- Exposure to multi-entity, multi-country operations

- Experience in handling audits and compliances for global subsidiaries

Education

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong grounding in accounting standards, taxation, and financial controls
