Consumer Insights Associate - The Ayurveda Experience


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consumer Insights Associate to join the Brand Team. This role is critical for driving our understanding of target audiences and generating actionable insights that lead to strategic decision-ma king.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Qualitative Research:

- Design and implement qualitative research methodologies, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, and observational studies.

- Develop interview guides and discussion prompts tailored to specific research objectives.

2. Data Collection and Analysis:

- Conduct interviews with diverse participants across multiple countries, ensuring a thorough understanding of cultural nuances.

- Understand and adhere to all compliance requirements associated with conducting qualitative research in each geography.

- Transcribe, decode, and analyse qualitative data to identify patterns, themes, and insights.

- Explore and leverage qualitative analysis software to organize and interpret data effectively.

3. Insight Generation:

- Synthesize findings into clear, concise reports and presentations.

- Provide actionable recommendations based on research insights to feed into decision-making.

- Make a repository of all insights gathered with proper documentation of findings and analysis.

4. Research for Product Development:

- Work alongside R&D teams to integrate consumer feedback into product design and development.

- Stay updated on market trends and consumer behavior shifts to provide inputs to RND for ongoing product innovation.

5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work closely with other cross-functional teams, including different geography teams, content team, platform team, customer support teams to align research with organizational goals.

- Engage with external stakeholders and participants, ensuring a professional and ethical research approach.

- Work closely with agencies/ 3rd party platforms as may be required to recruit consumers for research or action new studies.

- Share research insights with other stakeholders in presentations that are relevant for them.

6. Project Management:

- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and data protection regulations throughout all research activities.

7. Continuous Knowledge and Practice Enhancement:

- Stay abreast of new methods and best practices in qualitative research, ensuring the adoption of innovative techniques and tools to get the best possible research outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Market Research, or a related discipline).

- Proven experience in qualitative research, including conducting interviews and data analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with participants and present findings effectively.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with cultural contexts across key geographies is an added advantage.
