Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and growth objectives.
- Drive transformation programs across process, technology, operating model, customer experience, and organizational change.
- Translate business objectives into clear transformation roadmaps, initiatives, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and transformation priorities.
- Own program governance, including planning, tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
- Manage multiple transformation workstreams simultaneously, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budgets.
- Define and track KPIs, benefits realization, business impact, and ROI for transformation initiatives.
- Lead process redesign, standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with technology, operations, finance, HR, sales, and other business teams to ensure effective execution and adoption.
- Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and change impacts, escalating critical issues to leadership when required.
- Drive stakeholder communication and change management, ensuring adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Prepare management presentations, transformation dashboards, business cases, and periodic progress reports for senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies, data, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and business performance.
- Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and standardized methodologies for transformation delivery.
- Mentor and guide team members and workstream leads involved in transformation programs.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 8-10 years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in business transformation, strategy, consulting, program management, process excellence, or related areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations, Technology, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in leading or managing transformation programs from strategy/design through implementation and benefits realization.
- Strong understanding of business process improvement, operating models, digital transformation, automation, and change management.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in complex organizational environments.
- Strong project/program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business issues into clear recommendations for senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and business metrics to identify opportunities and measure transformation impact.
- Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau, Jira, MS Project, or similar transformation/program-management tools.
- Exposure to ERP transformation, process automation, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, AI, or digital transformation would be an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively without direct authority.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving business environments.
- Candidates from management consulting, Big 4, technology consulting, corporate strategy, transformation offices, or large-scale program management backgrounds would be preferred.
