Designation: Transformation Lead (Non IT)

Location: Pune

Experience Preferred:

- The Transformation Lead will define and drive the organization's technology vision, architecture, and execution strategy, owning end-to-end technology across platforms, products, infrastructure, data, security, and digital transformation.

- This role ensures technology enables business growth, scalability, and efficiency, while acting as a strategic partner to the CFO, Operations lead and leadership team.

- KPO / BPO / Banks work experience not to be considered

Skills Requirement Technical & Strategic Skills:

- Strong expertise in enterprise platforms, and systems, with hands-on experience in cloud technologies, APIs, data platforms, and security. Demonstrated ability to design scalable, high-performance systems while ensuring robust technology governance and compliance. AI tools and business applications.

Leadership & Business Skills:

- Proven ability to deal with CXO-level leadership with the ability to align technology strategy to business goals and financial outcomes. Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills, with a clear ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical leadership teams.
