Transformation Lead - HRO Process

Job Title : Transformation Lead

Location : Only Work from Office (No Hybrid, No Remote, No Work from Home)

Shift Timing : Should be comfortable with night (US) & Rotational Shifts

Required & Must have skills:

- Assess and standardize HRO processes for efficiency and compliance.

- Lead automation and digital enablement using RPA, workflows, and HR tech platforms.

- Identify and deploy Agentic AI use cases for HR operations.

- Drive continuous improvement and deliver value through cost savings, accuracy, and enhanced employee experience.

- Leading the delivery of a Transformation Program and management of project managers to deliver the agreed objectives set out in the workstream Terms of Reference

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience with global HRO processes (payroll, recruitment, employee services, benefits, etc.).

- Lean Six Sigma / RPA / AI-related certifications is preferable
