Role Name: Transformation Lead
(Must Have + Key Responsibilities)
Job Description for Transformation:
- Actively originate and shape digital opportunities for the customer with inputs from functional experts
- Manage transformation road map for opportunity identified at local and global scale.
- Work with alliance partners / managers to assess applicability and usage of various products and partnerships to deliver greater value through transformation
- Work closely with the team to create and deliver tailored product demonstrations, POCs and techno functional presentations that address specific customer needs
- Act as a bridge between IT Business and presales teams effectively translating between technical requirements and business needs
- Act as a transformation advisor to key prospects and customers providing strategic insights into how digital finance solutions can solve their business challenges
- Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve digital strategies and processes for finance solutions
- Ensure governance around transformation projects delivery and realization
- Establish a transformation measurement framework along with ways of working
- Guide project / process teams on the correct approach to define and deliver on transformation milestones
- Recommend enhancements to the current projects to deliver greater value
- Liaise with other Transformation Leads and processes on best practice and lessons learned
- Functional knowledge with experience in transforming finance / HR business functions mandatory.
Skill and Experience:
- Strong understanding of digital technologies including AI, Data analytics, and enterprise architecture as they may apply to the finance/HR teams
- Experience in transformation and consulting within finance and accounting solutions
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, flexible and take additional responsibilities when needed
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the capacity to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences in finance and accounting
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in MS office and with specific concentration in MS Excel
- Adaptability to lean new processes, concepts and skills with an eye for details
- Should have led large strategic project end to end including conceptualization, implementation and realization
- Visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate future technological trends and impact on the F&A processes
- Strong problem solving skills and a practical approach to finding pathways from current to target states in finance transformation
- Collaborative spirit, able to work effectively across various departments and levels of the organization
