We have Very Urgent Opening for the position of in Transfer Pricing engagements- Domestic, Bangalore with one of the leading Consulting Firm.

Job Description:

Grade - M1/M2/M3

Experience - Minimum 5 Years into domestic client facing

Location: Bangalore

Qualified : CA / MBA

Role:

- Participate in transfer pricing engagements by thoroughly analysing information, applying economic and financial knowledge to client situations, and developing effective approaches tailored to clients' financial circumstances.

- Demonstrate a commitment to quality in all aspects of your work, including managing client service team members and contributing to the achievement of team goals.

- Develop and deliver transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely, responsive services and work products.

- Prepare global documentation, conduct benchmarking and planning assignments, assist with audit defence, and participate in advance pricing agreements (APAs).

- Engage in business development initiatives.

- Assist in managing engagement economics by organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating issues to project leaders.

- Build strong internal relationships within the transfer pricing team and across other services.

- Foster collaboration and constructive communication within the team and with other BUs.

- Display general knowledge of the engagement's overarching objectives.

- Take ownership of your schedule and proactively seek work as needed to meet your annual chargeability goal.

- Develop, mentor, and supervise the team.

- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback.

- Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting, retaining, and training transfer pricing professionals.

- Maintain an educational program to continually develop inter-personal skills.

- Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently.

- Effectively managing quality of assignments delivered by the team.

- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualification Criteria:

Qualified - CA / MBA

- Minimum 5 years of client facing India Transfer Pricing consulting experience (No Global TP)

- Should have a strong consulting background

- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

- Client facing experience is preferred
