Transfer Pricing Professional - Consulting/Manufacturing Firm - CA

About the Company:

A fast-scaling organization with global operations across multiple jurisdictions, operating complex intercompany transactions and cross-border supply chains. The company is focused on building robust governance, compliant transfer pricing frameworks, and strong alignment between business operations and tax policies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support and manage global Transfer Pricing compliance and documentation across group entities.

- Review and analyse profitability of related-party transactions and business segments.

- Monitor margins, cost allocations, and adherence to transfer pricing policies in management accounts.

- Partner with FP&A and costing teams to ensure TP consistency in budgets, forecasts, and pricing decisions.

- Identify variances between actual results and benchmarked ranges and support corrective actions.

- Liaise with group entities and local finance teams for data collation and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and external consultants during TP audits and assessments.

- Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure practical implementation of TP policies.

- Support review and updates of global transfer pricing policies and governance frameworks.

- Track regulatory developments in transfer pricing and align internal processes accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing.

- Background in consulting and/or manufacturing environments preferred.

- Strong understanding of Indian TP regulations and OECD guidelines.

- Strong financial analysis and MIS interpretation skills with understanding of cost structures.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
