You will work closely with department heads to align human capital strategies with business objectives, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition initiatives to build a high-caliber workforce that meets the evolving technical and creative demands of the business.

- Design and implement Talent Management frameworks that identify high-potential employees and facilitate structured career progression paths.

- Drive Organization Development projects to refine internal workflows, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and maintain a high-engagement culture.

- Manage Compensation and Benefits structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity, directly impacting employee retention and satisfaction.

- Oversee performance management cycles, providing coaching to managers to ensure objective feedback and alignment with organizational goals.
