About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role combines project management, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and administrative support to drive departmental success.
You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of projects and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Lead and manage key departmental projects from initiation to closure.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Track milestones, manage risks, and coordinate resources effectively.
Data Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to inform project decisions.
- Identify trends and present actionable insights using tools like Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau.
- Maintain accuracy and relevance in all datasets and reporting formats.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a liaison between leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Ensure effective and timely communication to resolve project bottlenecks.
- Document stakeholder inputs and follow up on action items consistently.
Reporting
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Summarize key metrics, project updates, and data-driven recommendations.
Administrative Support
- Assist in scheduling, preparing meeting agendas, and tracking departmental action items.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for improving departmental workflows and tools.
- Recommend and implement process enhancements that boost efficiency and accuracy.

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputed institute (Graduation in BE/BTech preferred)
Experience:
- 02 years of experience
- Prior internship or experience in project management or as an executive assistant is a plus
Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to project management tools or CRM systems like Zoho CRM
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS ERP systems
- Understanding of the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) or healthcare industry
