Role Overview:

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Specialist to join our growing team in Chennai.

- This mid-level role is ideal for professionals with at least 2 years of experience in accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting-preferably in a technology or healthcare-focused organization.

- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting internal and external stakeholders with timely reporting and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor department budgets and obtain necessary approvals for overspending.

- Process and record payments of approved expenses in Oracle EBS; prepare cheques or execute online transfers (RTGS/NEFT).

- Post daily sales invoices into Oracle EBS after validating outstanding dues.

- Record customer collections in real-time within Oracle EBS.

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations in Oracle EBS.

- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports related to sales and receivables.

- Track aging receivables and initiate follow-ups to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

- Support statutory audit processes and liaise with auditors for annual audit requirements.

- Handle monthly reconciliations and timely filing of GST and TDS returns via the government portal.

- Coordinate operational activities with internal teams and partner organization Transasia Bio-Medicals Ltd (HO).

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations.

- Proficiency with Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST filings, and statutory compliance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
