About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join our Industrial & Logistics Services team in Chennai. This role focuses on facilitating large-scale industrial and warehousing property transactions, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless deal execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire industrial & warehousing clients in the Chennai region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and industry partners.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and property options.
- Manage property transactions (buy, sell, lease) end-to-end, including documentation and compliance.
- Organize and conduct property inspections with clients and landlords.
- Negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms for clients.
- Prepare and review engagement documentation and contracts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline, client relationships, and revenue for senior management.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.
- Engage effectively at all stages of the sales process.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 9-15 years of sales experience in industrial and warehousing real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Chennai's industrial and logistics market.
- Existing client and partner network in the industrial & logistics sector.
- Proven ability to manage property transactions end-to-end.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (verbal, written, and professional demeanor).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team.
