Transaction Advisory Role

Description: We are looking to expand our Transaction Advisory Team!

We work closely with clients on a wide range of strategic transactions-including business reorganisation, mergers & acquisitions, fund raise support, IPO readiness, ESOP Advisory, and more. We support clients throughout the entire transaction from deal structuring, valuation, and effective implementation to regulatory compliance and post-deal integration.

What we do:

- Understand the business model and the commercial objective.

- Identify optimal solutions for proposed objective

- Conduct in-depth research across laws like Income Tax, FEMA, Companies Act, and more

- Seamlessly execute strategies tailored to each deal

- Our team handles complex transactions, provides strategic inputs during negotiations, and ensures that all stakeholder interests are appropriately safeguarded.

- Our assignments often require a deep understanding of multiple laws and regulations FEMA, Income Tax, SEBI, Companies Act, IND AS and more-along with the ability to interpret them contextually within a transaction.

Note that this an extremely demanding profile with a low acceptance rate but terrific prospects. Since this is a very broad profile, one person isn't expected to do everything.

Who Should Apply:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of experience - Mid Level / 5 - 10 for Senior Level
