Manager - Procurement & Warehouse

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:


- Degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration (A Master's degree would be an added advantage).

- Minimum eight years of experience in a store management or inventory management role, with five years in a managerial position.


- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


- Strong leadership and team management skills.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:


- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining optimal inventory levels through audits and stock rotation.

- Ensure proper storage and organization of goods in compliance with safety regulations, monitor product quality, and address damaged or expired items promptly.


- Build and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and resolve issues to ensure a timely and accurate procurement process.


- Prepare accurate inventory reports, manage store budgets to optimize costs, and ensure all operations adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.


- Lead and motivate store staff, providing guidance and training on inventory handling, storage, safety protocols, and maintaining high-performance standards.
