Job Title: Specialist - IT

Location: Maldives

Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, the Specialist Information Technology plays a key role in supporting the Companies business processes, is responsible for the successful multi-year project delivery and organizational integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system solution Microsoft Business Central for operations. The scope of the program includes both technology and business transformation across the domains of Airlines Operations Management, Financial Management and Supply Chain Management with a high level of customer service via Helpdesk.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

- ERP System and Business Integration: Lead ERP process and system integration across domains; coordinate input from consultants, business leads, IT, and other stakeholders to maintain overall design integrity.

- Technical Configuration Oversight: Ensure ERP configuration aligns with a defined solution architecture and detailed business, functional, and technical requirements.

- Business Transformation Management: Collaborate with Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to standardize processes; address issues from new process implementations and escalate when necessary.

- ERP Governance and Decision-Making: Support ERP Steering Committee meetings; ensure effective decision-making and alignment with IT strategy and organizational goals.

- Deployment Planning and Rollout: Develop and manage ERP deployment and rollout strategies with core teams and vendors; oversee effective implementation across departments.

- Stakeholder Leadership: Provide technical and functional leadership; train users and manage domain-specific ERP project tasks.

- Change Management Oversight: Lead change management efforts; ensure effective stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and integration into rollout plans.

Requirements:

- Bachelors in computer application, Engineering or related field

- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central platform.

- Expert in SQL queries, SSRS report & Tableau BI tool

- Technical knowledge in assignment and issues relevant to an Aviation domain.

- Knowledge/understanding of Aviation domain policies and procedures.
