Key Responsibilities:
Experience: 7-10 years in training or sales enablement, including:
- Minimum 3 years in instructional design or content development.
- Minimum 2 years supporting or delivering training for APAC sales teams.
- Tools & Systems: Skilled in authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Captivate, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Background: Previous experience in instructional design, learning, or training, ideally within a matrix organization.
- Knowledge: Strong foundation in instructional theory, adult learning principles, and needs assessment.
Skills:
- Project management and organizational excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Critical thinking, prioritization, and deadline management.
- Facilitation: Experience teaching via web-based platforms and large face-to-face audiences. Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles (ID certifications a plus).
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage stakeholders and executives, with understanding of sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and commercial excellence in APAC.
- Global Collaboration: Ability to manage multiple projects across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Education: Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD, IDOL) preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in life sciences, biotech, diagnostics, or pharma is required.
