Job Summary:
Responsible for training and mentoring field and branch teams on microfinance operations and digital platforms.
The role ensures staff are skilled in both operational processes (loan, customer service, collections) and technology tools (CRM/MIS, mobile apps, digital disbursement).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training on microfinance processes and digital systems.
- Conduct induction, refresher, and on-the-job sessions for field and branch teams.
- Train users on CRM, ERP, or MIS systems for loan management and reporting.
- Support digital adoption for lending, collections, and field applications.
- Monitor trainee performance and prepare training MIS reports.
- Develop training materials, e-learning modules, and SOP guides.
- Coordinate with IT and operations for issue resolution and process improvements.
- Conduct branch visits for audits and on-site coaching.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with CRM / ERP / Loan Management Systems (LMS).
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of mobile-based field apps and digital collection tools.
- Basic troubleshooting and coordination with IT support.
Core Competencies:

- Sound knowledge of microfinance operations.

- Ability to simplify technical concepts for field teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, IT, or related field.
- Certification in Training & Development preferred.
Experience:
- 45 years in microfinance operations with 12 years in training or field support.
- Experience with CRM tools or digital lending platforms in MFI/NBFC sector
