Training Manager - Financial Operations - Financial Technology & Services Firm

Our client is a global financial technology and services firm that delivers advanced data, technology, and operational solutions to leading financial institutions across regions. We are currently looking for a seasoned professional to join their Financial Operations Training team in a managerial capacity.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Design and deliver end-to-end training programs for financial operations teams covering asset classes such as Equity, Fixed Income, and Swaps.

- Develop engaging, structured training content tailored to varied learning styles and business needs.

- Facilitate high-impact training sessions focused on knowledge transfer, process understanding, and skill enhancement.

- Quickly learn new systems, workflows, and processes, and translate them into effective training modules.

- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics and continuously improve content and delivery.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 6-8 years of experience in financial operations within banking or financial services.

- Strong understanding of asset classes including Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives (Swaps).

- Proven experience in creating and delivering impactful training programs and content.

- Ability to rapidly grasp new systems / processes and convert them into structured learning material.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a high level of adaptability.
