Training Head - Telesales - BPO

We are looking for a Training Head with extensive experience in the BPO industry, particularly in telesales and online sales. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our sales teams are well-trained, highly motivated, and consistently delivering top-notch performance. The trainer must be flexible to travel across multiple locations as and when requried.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the training function for our BPO telesales and online sales units.

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that address the needs of new hires and existing employees.

- Design and deliver training modules on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and compliance.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Monitor and analyze training outcomes to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the BPO industry, specifically in telesales and online sales.

- At least 3-4 years of experience managing or heading a training function.

- Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

- Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or training certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).

- Familiarity with CRM systems and telesales/online sales tools.

- Proficiency in training needs analysis and instructional design.
