- Delivery of classroom and virtual trainings related to Sourcing and Recruitment - tools, techniques, systems, relevant laws (right to work), employment types etc. - Usage of most effective mechanisms - Online (Learning portal), classroom trainings, on-the-job learnings. - Work along with teams to mentor, shadow people on-the-job to support their learning journey and provide constructive feedback on areas of improvement to help them develop. - Providing constructive insight and feedback on our people to leadership to help sustain learning objectives. - Supporting the ongoing enhancement and evolution of our learning and development suite - Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of learning projects. - Working along with the L&D Team to support various L&D projects, trainings and optimum usage of available tools. - Keeping up to date and consulting on the latest L&D trends.
